AccuGlobe 911® Dispatch Screen Shots
This is the Administration interface a user sees when logging in to AccuGlobe 911 Dispatch, and where the administrator sets permissions and assigns user roles.
This is the screen a dispatcher views, showing a county's fully zoomed out overview with surrounding jurisdictional data from neighboring communities. On the left, you can see layers with checked boxes that indicate active/displayed layers.
This view shows a zoomed in display of an orthophoto layer, illustrating how address points look on the map.
This screen illustrates how Wireless Phase II 911 call looks, coming from an amusement park (Cedar Point in Erie County). The confidence bar in lower right shows full green, which indicates high confidence of the call location. The info tip shows additional details (X, Y coordinates).
Pictometry is an optional layer that integrates with AccuGlobe 911 Dispatch, offering dispatchers another view of the 911 call location and can be turned on an off as desired (imagery procured via Pictometry International, not provided by DDTI).
Using AccuGlobe, dispatchers can create road closures, represented by the red circles outlined in black, for parades, construction, disasters, etc. Road closures can be timed, scheduled or closed indefinitely. This image shows a road closure in place and how the routing engine calculates the fastest directions while factoring in this closure.
